Project- Ventia: Victoria Cross Sky Lobby

Location - Western Sydney, NSW

Design - Ellivo Architects and Aston Consulting

Build - Hunter Mason

Year - 2025

For Ventia’s new Western Sydney headquarters, the goal was to craft a next-level fitout where high-performance functionality and elevated atmosphere seamlessly co-exist. To support a dynamic workplace culture, the design required a lighting solution that could effortlessly balance acoustic control with premium visual comfort.

Suspended strategically over high-traffic collaborative zones and chatty breakout areas, these feature fixtures bring sharp focus, warm illumination, and a modern design edge to the space.

Engineered specifically for employee wellbeing, the Waffle Uplit system combines indirect LED lighting with sound-absorbing acoustic materials. By absorbing ambient noise in open-plan areas while washing ceilings with soft, glare-free light, it creates a balanced acoustic and visual environment that helps teams connect without distraction.

The result is far more than just a standard office—it is a modern, performance-driven workplace built around the people who use it every day.
